Former Contestants of The Inaugural Mr Deboniar Pageant 2025 Vow To Breakaway, Regroup And Start New Ventures Independently After Becoming Disillusioned With  Certain Elements of The Organisation Allegedly Less Than Debonair. August 2025

On Saturday July 5^th 2025 The Inaugural Mr Debonair Males 50+ Pageant Took Place At The Imperial Banqueting Suite Croydon.

On The Face of Things The Show Was For A Good Cause (Setting An Example To The Younger Generation And Subsequently Providing Mentoring).  The Crowd Loved It. And It Appeared To Be A Success (Subject To A Number of Issues With Food Service – About Which The Organiser Made A Public Statement On The Night Over The Mic – As Covered In Last Month’s Issue of TheOrator.Press).

Behind The Scenes However Several Participants, Associates And Contestants Tell A Story of Mismanagement, Poor Treatment, Only Partial Payments, Non Payments And Breach of Contract.

Various Sources Revealed To TheOrator.Press That A Debrief  Meeting  Was Scheduled To Take Place Weeks After The Event To Address Issues of Discontent Between The Contestants And The Management.

However Such Issues Were Not Satisfactorily Resolved At The Meeting. Things Became Heated When Rather Than Being Apologetic, Humble And Offering To Make Amends, The Overwhelming Tone Was One of Excuse-Making And Defensiveness From The Main Organiser. Consequently Former Contestants Have Vowed To Part Company With The Organisation. Especially In Light of The Alleged Breach of Contract By The Main Organiser As Relates To Prize Money Payments And Others.

Meantime It Would Be A Terrible Shame And Wasted Opportunity Not To Officially Acknowledge The Amount of Hard Work The Contestants Put Into The Event, Their Dedication In Preparation And Crowd-Pleasing Performance On The Night, And The Fact That It Was Originally A Great Idea For A Good Cause. So Here We Present A Special Highlight Feature of Each of The Contestants And Just How Debonair They Were On The Night.
