Whilst Handcuffed. In Front of His Wife. And In Front of His Young Children. All of Whom Are Traumatized.

And With Other Police Officers Casually Standing Around Watching!

But Without Any Evidence That Such A Search Was Warranted. Which It Was Not As The Man Was Innocent. And Without Any Authority To Conduct Such A Serach Even If It Was. And Without Reading Him His Miranda Rights, And Without Giving Him His Human Right To Privacy, And Without Regard To Basic Civilized Common Decency!

Yet Again Another Police Horror Movie Involving Racist & Unlawful Treatment of Black People Is Revealed To The World. And Again It Evidences Not Only Abuse Against A Black Man, But Also Black Children. And A Black Family.

The Officer Who Touched The Man’s Back Passage (Anus) In The Street Concluded That Because The Man Clenched In Response (Which Factually Is Actually Simply A Natural Human Reflex) It Meant He Had Drugs Hidden In His Rectum.

No Drugs Were Found On Him. But The Officer Charged Him For Drug Possession Anyway. Notably The Officer Demonstrates An Utter Lack of Communications Skills. An Utter Lack of Any Attempt To Diffuse The Situation. An Utter Lack of Consideration For The Fact That This Is A Family Man Out Walking With His Family On A Public Highway. And An Utter Lack of Proportionality.

The Man Is Handcuffed. But Why Is He Handcuffed? There Is No Evidence That He Was Even Read His Miranda Rights (So Called Following The 1966 Case of Miranda – v- Arizona Which Established That American Citizens Have A Fifth Amendment Right To Remain Silent Even If Asked A Question By A Police Officer During An Arrest or Interogation And At The Same Time A Right To Legal Representation From Either Their Own Lawyer or One Provided By The State). In The Event An Officer Fails To Convey These Rights An Evidence Illicited As A Result of The Now Technically Invalid Arrest Cannot Be Admitted At Trial.

So It Is Seemingly A Valid Legal Argument That In The Absence of This Being A Legitimate Arrest This Is Just Sexual Abuse By A Man Dressed In A Police Uniform With His Companions Watching. In Front of Children. Whilst The Man Is Handcuffed And Powerless To Do Anything. Unlike The Numerous Police Officers Standing Around He Does Manage To Ask His Wife To Take The Children Away From The Scene. The Wife Had Until Then Been A Witness To The Police Encroachment On Her Husband And Her Family.

Lawyers For The Man, His Children And His Family Are Now Dealing With The Case. However In And Of Itself This Behaviour By These Officers Is An International Disgrace. There Can Be No Justification For It. But The Police Unions Who Have Largely Lost All Credibility As They Repeatedly Just Defend Police Officers No Matter What They Do (Motivated By Just Making Their State Pensions And Access To Taxpayers Money Rather Than Doing What They Are Actually Paid To Do Which Is Serve And Protect The Country’s Citizens. Citizens Who Pay Their Wages) Seem To Have Totally Lost The Plot. So These Casually Evil Officers Are Repeatedly, And It Appears Uncontrolably, On A Downward Spiral To Hell. Thus It Seems If They Don’t Answer In This World They May Well Answer In Another.

Meantime The Citizen Compensation Payouts From These Abuses of Power Are Not Made By The Police Perpetrators And Abusers. They Continue To Be Made By The City Councils. And So The Poverty Trap Continues To Spiral Within The Community And Among Its Inhabitants Who Are Thereby Wronged In More Ways Than One.

Until A New System of Accountability Is Agreed By All Parties, The Government, The Police, The People And The Ulitmate Lawmakers, The Only Answer Appears To Be Technology To Route Out These Bad Cops And Help Secure Convictions For Their Inhumane Behaviour. And Meantime Counselling And Support For The Community Members Repeatedly Traumatized By These Despicable Individuals.

The Ultimate Irony Is That The Police Have The Gual To Turn To The Community They Keep Hurting When They Want Help! Police Intelligence, What Intelligence?! Surely Someone Somewhere Can Do Better Than This!
