TheOrator.Press Arts Page. This Month ‘Haus Store Ldn’ In Brixton Village, Hosted The Third Art Exhibition By ‘The Vulnerability Projekt’. Brave Expressions of Poor Mental Health & Wellbeing Challenges Shared By Participants Who Submitted Letters And Journal Entries Were On Display. We Interviewed Lili Spragg The Aussie Student, Actress, Artist, Mental Health Advocate, And Exhibition Curator About This Communal Call For Understanding Mental Suffering. April 2025

Some of The Submissions Were Heartbreakingly Full of Despair, Self-Loathing And Low Self-Esteem. And Yet At The Same Time Whilst That Was True It Is Also True That Within That Mix of Agony Some Managed To Encourage Others To Be More Positive.

We Read One In Particular Which Was So Full of The Author’s Disregard And Negativity For Themselves It Was Actually Shocking To Know Someone Could Feel That Low And Write Such Things About Their Own Being.

That Will Stay With Us Because It Made Us Realise That Positivity Is Precious. It Is Not To Be Taken For Granted. Because Not Everybody Has It.

Indeed Because of The Raw, Personal And Upsetting Nature of So Many of The Exhibits Lili Issued A Notice Warning That Some People May Find Some of The Content Upsetting.

We Spoke To Her About It And Her Own Experiences Which Were The Catalyst To This Groundbreaking Mental Health And Wellbeing Project.
