The Hopes And Dreams of Millions of People That Kamala Harris Would Become The First Female President of The United States, And The Second African-American Leader of The Country, Are Crushed As The Official Result Is That She Lost Her 2024 American National Election Fight!
Kamala Harris Fought The Good Fight. And She Did So With Style And Great Support. Especially Record Financial Support Which Outnumbered Her Opponent By Far. The DNC 2024 Was Exceptional And Historical Went Down As Their Most Spectacular Ever. Her Election Battle Cry Was “When We Fight We Win”, “We’re Not Going Back”. And “Joy”. On This Ocassion She Lost.
Now She And Her Campaign Team Need To Go Back To The Drawing Board And Figure Out Exactly What Happened And Why, So That The Democrats And Their Supporters Do Better Next Time. Only Then Can “Joy” Cross The Threshold Into Victory, Jubilation And Congratulations.
They Must Also Continue The Fight And Keep Up The Resistence To The Lies, Hatred And Harm Spewed By Her Opponent.
Despite The Age of The #MeTooMvmt, The Historic Work of The Civil Rights Movement, And The Opportunity To Elect America’s Second Black President And It’s First Female President, In A National Fight Against A Self-Confessed Nationalist, Convicted Sex Offender, Prolific Liar, Insulter In Chief, And Multiple-Times-Bankrupt, The Latter Is Now Set To Become Leader of The World’s Once Most Admired Democracy. For Some, Once The Holy Grail, The American Dream Has Just Turned Into The American Nightmare!

A Question Posed As Harris Supporters Are Left Reeling From Possibly One of Most Painful, Poignant, And Politically Momentous Election Defeats in American History.

We Were Amongst The Press Covering The Event And She Happened To Be Presenting An Award There. Having Observed Her Commentary Over The Years And Her Brilliant Documentary With Actor Samuel L. What Struck Us Most Among Her Answers Is Her Eye Witness Account of Seeing Thousands of MAGA Supporters Descend Upon Traditionally Democratic New York In Order To Attend A (Now Notorious) Trump Rally. Trump Himself, Nor Many Amongst His Campaign Team, Nor His Supporters Are Known For Telling The Truth. Instead They Attract And Encourage Conspiracy Theorists. In Comparison We’ve Watched Afua Hirsch For Years And Know Her To Be A Journalist of Both Great Intergrity And Bravery. As Such We Consider Her A Reliable Source, Hence Her Account of Seeing So Many Trump Supporters First Hand Was Most Striking.
That Said, It Does Not Change The Fact That Some Re-Trumplican Politicians Have Been Engaged In The Dishonourable Practice of Re-Districting, Whereby Whole Districts Know For Traditionally Having Black And Democratic Voters Have Been Redrawn By A Process Called ‘Red-Lining’ In Political Attempts To Eliminate Their Votes.
So It Will Be Interesting To See How Much of A Post-Election Fight The Democrats Put Up In Maintaining Real Resistence Against The Re-Trumplicans, In Attempts To Reign Them In And Save Democracy. Now Maybe They Themselves Will Be Making Their Own Reciprocal But More Factual Claims of Election Fraud, Impropriety And A Rigged System.

Notably Nonetheless, Trump Reportedly Got 81m Votes In 2020 But Just 75m In 2024. Evidentially Therefore The Appetite For The Re-Trumplican Brand of Politics Has Declined By Millions And He Only Secured The Vote of An Approximate One Quarter of The American Population. So Just Like Voters Came Out To Vote For Barack Obama In 2008 Over The Late Republican John McCain, And Again In 2012 Over Republican Mitt Romney, And Yet Again They Came Out To Stop Trump Getting Back Into The White House In 2020…Why Didn’t They Come Out For Kamala And Stop Trump In 2024?

At Grassroots Level. In What Was Their Busiest Period Ever. 60% of Such Donors Were Apparently First Timers.
