Mr Cee Presented A Posthumous Honorary Award With Respect To Menelik Shabazz The Pioneerin’ Film Maker & The Co Founder of Black Filmmaker Magazine (BFM) Who Passed Away In June 2021, Aged Just 67. 
It Was Received On Behalf of The Director’s Family By Actor & Poet By Victor Richards Who Was Visibly Moved To Tears On Receivin’ The Honour On Behalf of His Beloved Iconic Film Producer Friend.
