New BCB Board of Education Director, Elliot, Is A Very Bold, Spicey, Fiesty Mix of Contradictions, Which Makes Him Very Interesting. He’s Just Become BCB Board of Education Director For The First Time, But His Heart Remains With ‘The People’ Out On Floor Doing The Hard Graft (Of Which He Remains One – As He Owns And Co. Owns A No. Of Bars And Is Very Hands On As A Bar Owner And Team Member). The Career Progression of Bartenders, Managers, Supervisors Is Something He Cares Very Much About And Upon Which His Education Programme Is Focused.
Another of His Passions Is ‘Cocktail Competitions, Which He Sees As Great Marketing Tools, Inspiration For Bartenders, And A Way To Share Different Cultures. However, Like His Industry Colleague, Master Blender And Presenter, Matthew Harris, He Thinks They Need Something of A Makeover, Having Enjoyed A Previous Golden Age.
He Should Know As He’s Taken Part In Them And Also Eventually Became A Judge of Them.
