On Monday September 14 2020 The Official Death Certificate Relating To Chadwick Boseman Was Made Widely Available To The Press. It Confirmed That The Cause of Death Was Multiple Organ Failure Due To An Underlying Condition of Colon Cancer.

On Receiving The Initial Diagnosis He Underwent Surgery To Remove The Cancer In 2016. By March 2020 He Had Further Laparoscopic Surgery To Remove The Cancer Again As It Had Metastasized.

The Procedural Document Listed His Profession As Artist & His Industry As Entertainment.

The Associated Paperwork Confirmed That He Was Buried Within A Week of The Announcement of His Death On Saturday August 29 2020. He Died At His Home, Near Griffith Park, Los Angeles, Surrounded By His Wife & Family, Friday September 28 2020. The Burial Took Place Thursday September 3 2020. It Was Held At Belton, South Carolina, Los Angeles, With A Small Private Ceremony Held At The Welfare Baptist Church, 11 Miles From His Home Town of Anderson, South Carolina.
